Moving to Hainan

I am considering emigrating to Hainan from Oz. I have a Chinese girlfriend there.
If anyone has any advice re emigration to Hainan (China) and more about property ownership, banking, finance (I will have 3 pension sources from overseas) tax, fees, anything...I would be most grateful to hear from you.
