I think it is a double-win , they get money ,and we use the service , nothing can be regard right or wrong.

There is nothing right or wrong. There are lots of people live on serving others in this society, and this kind of work will exist forever.

Not only rickshaw men, the apartments we live, the offices we work in, the road we walk on and the food we eat, the clothes we wear, etc etc, all need hard work. Some have to work outside, in the weather we even can't bear in air-conditioned rooms, some have to work at night, some have to work far away from their homes/ families.

All we could do is to enjoy their service and respect them and accept their services happily. They might be not courteous in our sense, but they are honest workers, and deserve our respect, sincerely.
