Dear All,
Are there any special accomodation in Hong Kong so that my family needs not stay in hotel and downtown?

Hello, I think these two places can help you

1. Resort on Lamm Island (close to Central)
Located on Lamma Island, fresh and wonderful environment, cafe, stores and resturants are nearby. Close to Central. Flats with sea view or flats are provided with own kitchen and fridge for cooking. Kind of special accommodtaion. Many people go for retreat and relax. Price is cheaper than hotel

2. YHA
located on HK Island and quite near to go to Central, environment is fresh and quiet, price is cheap. Target is mainly teenagers, but some adults go too.
