Hi all, r there anyone know ferry that goes to shanghai or any idea where can I get cheap airfare from hk/shz to shanghai. Which is the better option beside taking train.

If I am trying to get a cheap air ticket I try to find a Chinese friend to buy tickets for me, someone who has the expereience preferably. I have obtained cheap tickets from airlines and from CTS (travel agent) offices.

If you go to www.ctrip.com.cn you can check some existing deals. You need to join (free) and have a Chinese credit card (unless that rule has been changed in the last few months) in order to book tickets there.
