Hi.
I have a travel website that I maintain and write on myself about my travels in Korea and around the world. If I moved to China, would I have to register that with the government in order to continue publishing on it from within China? I heard that all Chinese and foreigners must do that for personal web publishing. If you have experience with this, please send me a message.
