Are there any Money Changer in Changsha?

In case I'm short of cash and need to change HKD into RMB in Changsha, how I find a Money Changer or which bank in Changsha provide such facility????

Can I use my credit card to get cash in Changsha area (such as Dinners or Visa cards)????

That's certainly possible to change you HK dollars into Chinese Yuan. As the capital city of Hunan, Changsha is one major city of China. You may get your money changed in Bank of China and hotels. Nowadays, all top end hotels provides money change service. Use you credit card only on ATMs with your card logos.

November is a bit cold in most of the cities within China. It must be snowing in Northern part. Since i'm unclear which aspects you are interested in my country, here i'd like to suggest you to go to Hainan Island. It is much warmer and comfortable in Winter days.
