MONGOL Points: Join Date: Jul 14, 2006 Status: offline	looking to go to Mongolia in mid Dec from Beijing by train, which i have already found, (thx). I hear its cold, anyone ever been around this time of year? Can't seem to find any tour groups that go around this time of year, does anyone know of any? doesnt seem like Mongolia is a tourist hot spot for Chinese because I cant find any chinese tour groups either. Is it hard for Westerners to get a Mongolian visa from the embassy in Beijing? anyone know of any good 3-4 star hotels around the $50US a night range in Ulaanbaator? any tips recommendations would be most appreciated.
