Hi ! I'm currently in Guangzhou and am planning a day trip to Hong Kong (by train from East Guangzhou railway stn). As i have already used up my single entry visa, i will need to get another one to get back into Guangzhou. Is there visa on arrival facility to get into Guangzhou via train from HK ? , If yes, what paperwork do i need ? Thanks ! Horizon

The China Visa in HK got to be done at the Chinese Embassy (located at Wanchai, China Resources Building) or an agency called China Travel Agency (http://www.geoexpat.com/ But it takes at least several hours, that is to say one day in office hours just for the visa... if you have one day trip in mind...

No. You'll need at least 1 full working day to get a new visa in Hong Kong. For a good visa agency, try Forever Bright (http://www.fbt-chinavisa.com.hk).

I remember that I used to get it done upon entry into China - but at Zhuhai, Shekou on the spot and it took only about 10-15 mins. Am not sure about GZ which is already deep into China's territory.
