Hi i bought from a buying agent named angel wu in guangzhou and she short supplied me and accepts she owes me money but refuse to refunf me making all kinds of stupid excuses. How can i get my money from her. I have her company name find 4 you and before she traded as suny international her email is yahoo.com|wu-angel109. She asked me for all paper work yet she has it and i did a western union transfer so it traces payment. I hace emailed he and called her many times but each time she ask for something else. Now she no lone answers her email or phone. I have her physical address but how cal i legally complain about he and just get my money.
