Need a nice hotel with private bath ,modern and not too far from air port. Your favorite restaurants .Things to see in Chengu that you like. Thanks, Richard Rickard we are 66 yrs old

MELO Points: Join Date: Dec 3, 2006 Status: Offline	hi. you'll enjoy your stay in Chengdu.i've been livin here for some months now and its still a marvel. there is the famous Sichuan opera to start with, the panda's, and the spicy food. the hot-pot is definete must try. geting to tibet wont be that much of a problem. most hotels and tour companies can organise your permint and accomodation. hope this helps.

Originally i was going to Shanghai, but plans have changed, and one of the things i was looking forward to was the shopping!! What is it like in chendu for shopping?? Im very much looking forward to the sightseeing and the panda's!! yay!
