I WOULD LIKE TO NOW THE BEST SISTEM TO TRAVEL FROM SHANGAI TO DAILIAN (LIAONING PROVINCE)

I guess you mean the best transportation from Shanghai to Dalian. Since these two cities are both major cities, plane and train are the best vehicles. Personnaly do not recommend bus.

I have been in a college in Dalian two years ago, so i ever experienced the cruise journey from Shanghai to Dalian. It took me nearly two days but i quite enjoyed it. Now that the passenger cruise has been stopped running. I don't know why. So you'd better take flight there. One and half an hour is enough.
