Destination suggestions for winter?

I plan to spend a few days to travel to China from HK in Dec. Am considering:
1. Guilin/Yangshuo
2. Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou
3. Fuzhou/Xiamen
4. Kunming

Which of the 4 would you recommend for Winter?

1) Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou
2) Guilin/Yangshuo --> only if you go to the Longji (Dragon's Backbone) rice terraces
3) Fuzhou/Xiamen
4) Kunming

If you would start from Hong Kong, why not consider Shenzhen as the 1st desination?

I am in Shenzhen now, the climate is pleasant here. I think winter is so good here, not hot and not cold.

Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou is a little bit cold now, it should be about 7 ~13 centigrade, and almost rainy. let alone the Jiuzhaigou. For Jiuzhaigou, I would suggest fall is the best time.

And BTW, to go where just depends on the what you want to visit, natural sightseeing, history site, or just fot the warmer winter holiday?
