Harbin, anything to see few days BEFORE the show?

Hi,
I will be in Harbin on Jan 1, 2007.
The Ice and Snow sculpture do not start until Jan 5th, 2007.
Is there anything to see in Harbin before start of the show?

Hi, i think u could go to the Centeral Street and enjoy the buildings there. Unit 731 is also a place to visit. Skiing is ok in these days, u can have a try.

You can go to Yabuli for skiing,and skating on Songhua River!
