FREDDOUILLE Points: Join Date: Jan 12, 2007 Status: offline	I am looking for a train between Chongqing and Guilin but the search on this site does not give me anything. Is it possible to travel by train between these two cities or is there any other solution ?

Hi Freddouille,

There is no direct train from Chongqing to Guilin.IF you want to go to Guilin by train,at first you should take the train from Chongqing to Guiyang,then transferring the overnight train K336 departs @ 02:13am in Guiyang,and arrives in Guilin @ 18:48pm;another one departs @ 09:31am and arrives @ 02:45am,this two shift train will be charged same price,soft sleeper is RMB298,hard sleeper is RMB191.

GUEST45108	Hi, What is the best way to go to Chongqing from Guilin? We prefer by air but I heard a lot about domestic flight delay quite often, our concern is we must be arrive at Chongqing on time, so that we can get onboard to the Yangtze Cruise which we've already booked & paid. If the flight will delay, normal for how long? Hours or a day? Anyone can help? Any advise will be appreciated! Thanks.

If it's not because of the weather, it will delay for hours. BTW, you can change to the flights from other airlines for free if there is one on time. It is a special service offered at Chongqing airport.
