About 10 minorities are muslim in China,and most of them lived in the west.

But Hui lived in everywhere in China,especially in the big cities.For example,in Beijing,there is an area called Niu Jie(牛街),and most muslim lived in there.

I also have visited muslim area in Xi'an,Anqing and Kaifeng,really easy to find.

Also Ningxia is chinese muslim province:-)
