![]() | The most important matter is to observe food hygiene. Prevent “disease starts from the mouth.” To keep healthy, the key is to pay attention to the following aspects: * Attention to the quality of drinking water. Generally, the raw water is not suitable for drinking .Boiled water or disinfected water is the best. Second, are spring and deep well. The water from river or lake can definitely not be drunk directly. If there is no qualified drinking water, fruits can be used instead of water. * Fruits must be washed or peeled. In addition to pesticide-contaminated, in the process of picking and sale the fruits would be contaminated by parasites or bacteria. * Be careful with each meal. Being not choosy about his food when hungry is dangerous. You should choose the restaurant which is clean and fine. Street stall food should not be considered. * Learn to identify whether the sanitation of food shops is qualified. The general criteria to be eligible: Clean water and disinfection equipment, raw materials are fresh, no mosquitoes, with dust control equipment, and the surrounding environment is clean. Cashier should not get in touch with food. The money and the food should be maintained a considerable distance. * Travel by train or in aircraft should have a bit of dietary restraint. Because of no movement, the digestive process is extended. If not restrained eating, it will add to the burden of one’s stomach, and causes the discomfort. http://www.abnuno.com/ |

![]() | Of course, all that is good advice, but..... Initially I kept away from street vendors, missing out on some tasty tucker, but still suffered stomach upsets. The reality is that wherever you go, there are more bugs than we are used to in the west, maybe we have become overprotected! Take some anti-diarrhoea medication with you, and of course make sure you always carry plenty of tissues. Stay long enough and you begin to build up some natural protection! |
