suggestions where to learn mandarin

Hi I would love some suggestions where i should move to for the next month i need to learn some basic mandarin cheaply, i need to get out of shanghai (partying way to hard).

Do you know SOUTHWEST UNIVERSITY which located in Chongqing.THere are some students are learning Chines in there from all over the world.
