 | This morning, in the meeting held by Chinese National Tourism Agency and UN World Travel Organization, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Dalian are evaluated as the best tourist cities of China in 2006. |

| What criteria shot these cities up in the rankings? Curious to know what these organisations consider important for tourist to these cities. |

| Hmmmmm ?? I share the unspoken thoughts of some others here....I guess it goes back to the 'eye of the beholder' thing !!?? LOL Taking nothing away from the cities cited, I think there are so many other marvelous places in China too !! I think the 'list' should always be longer, with respect to China !! |

| I don't know about Hangzhou or Chengdu, but I think Dalian definitely deserves to be at the top of any such list. |
