Hi friends,

I think it must be a big difficulty for most of especially the young Chinese to buy residential houses by themselves at presnt. The price of an aparment is so high, especially in large cities. So, some people said we should rent houses instead of buying apartments in order to against the continuously ascending price. This suggestion gains a number of supports as well as was against by others.

In my opinion, I prefer to buy a house that belongs to myself; however, considering my financial situation, it is completed impossible. If I decide to buy a house on mortgage, it means I have to pay back the individual housing loan every month in the next 20 years. So terrible!

Here, I want to know more ideas of the others^-^

Congratulations, China is 'catching up' with the developed world! This is a dilemma faced by young people in most developed countries... ! Economic advance comes at a price. In most, people who can afford to usually choose to buy a home, for security and as a valuable asset which increases in value, but you lose a lot of freedom.

It is interesting to see how fast home prices have appreciated in the larger cities !! A result of a strong and fast growing economy.
