Do you have special plans for Spring Festival?

The Chinese traditional big day is coming next weekend. Do you have some plans for it? Would westerners like to try jiaozi (dumplings), like most Chinese do on that day?

I will stay with my parents for one or two days. and then maybe stay at home watching TV, surfing online... nothing special, but staying with parents would be the happiest thing in Spring Festival.

May not have dumplings because my family always has noodles at New Year's Eve. I am a Chinese :)

I find many people in China will travel in China or other countries during the seven-day Spring Festival.

Cauz I have been left home and worked in a city far from my hometown for one year, I would like to return home and spend the festival with all my family members. Jiao Zi is a must for us and I will make Jiao Zi with my mother. Haha really looking forward for the coming of the day...

As I aam temporarily back in Australia, I will join some Chinese friends to celebrate Spring Festival, and think of when I can return to China :)
