Swarms of the Chinese overseas or away from home are rushing home to have a family get-together on the Chinese New Year. The planes, the trains and buses are all packed with people, eager to go home. What a pain-taking work.

I know how bad the congestion is on public transport, I have seen people climbing on others shoulders to try to get to the ticket window, but I am impressed by how many people are carried by public transport at this time.... I don't think my country could handle such a movement of people.

So true, and neither could my country !! As it is now, some cry like babies, at the smallest inconvenience or disruption of routine transportation service. LOL

I am always amazed and impressed with the mass transit in China !!! Also, its low cost, relative to my country !!
