Fat Lady Seafood is ok, just the same meaning of the Chinese. The second one, Full Bottom is quite strange.
知足 (Zhi 1 Zu 2) means content with sth. as a phrase. 知足樂(Le 4) cames from a Chinese sentence that 知足者常樂, which means one who are content with his/her life will always be happy. 沐足城(Mu 4 Zu 2 Cheng 2) means foot massage.
And 知 (Zhi 1) means know, 足 (Zu 2) means foot. So you can also translate it into 'Know your Feet'. So the name of this massage center has two meanings.
