Many people have been. Goodness do a Google or just look on this site and you'll find quite a lot of information. And you need to be more specific about what you want to know. We're not walking encyclopaedias.

The Hui are just one of the ethnic minority groups in China, mostly in the north but to be honest can be found almost anywhere in the country. What specifically do you want to know and yes take the above suggestion and 'google'. It's all out there online.
