anyone knows the best way to transport from dalian xin gang to shangi-la hotel?

please help me with some information...
I see there is railway station connecting xin gang (dalian) to dalian railway station but I'm not sure if it's the best choice.Can't read the time table in the web site. Are there busses or taxis? Maybe we'll be two or three so I don't really mind the cost
