Raw Material:



Chicken Wings, Fried Almond、Fried Walnut、Fried Peanuts, and Nutlet



Flavoring:



Salt, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, ginger, onions, vegetable soup, starch, chicken bouillon, pepper



Methods:



1. Cool the boiled chicken wings and dry them



2. Ignition pot sit up a little oil, add sugar includes the stewed up sugar, into the wings painted. plud some cooking wine, ginger, onions, plus stock, salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence. Pat chicken pieces very badly burned when it is ready, add the final paste, filter some sesame oil then could out of the pan.
