For me,
I get more friends, working experience, money, confidence and strong will.

I also find that after a period of work, I become more mature than before that make me face difficulties bravely.

Yes, all of them, I think. Though I have just worked for just more than half a year, I still prefer work to study as for my personal conditions. I feel i'm more independent, and having more freedom to choose what I want now.

well, I have worked for a year and half after graduation from the university. I learned a lot during this period of time. The most important thing is that I know how to be patient and how to face the reality!

I got a job, and found that it is not only the job itself that I got, more than that,
thus, I refreshed my understanding of 'job'.
