Material:



Green Garlic:2、pepper: 2、one piece of fatty pork (about 200g)



Supplement:



Sauce 2 big spoons、Cooking wine 1 big spoon、sugar 1 spoon、salt 1/4 spoon、clean water 3 big spoons.



Mathods:



1、Clean the green garlic, chop the inclined sect,peal the fatty pork, chop it into pieces, the pepper chop inclined sect.



2、Hot the 3 spoonds of oil, first fry the fatty pork, after the meat turned to white, fried with green garlic and pepper, then add all the flavoring,fit out when the dish is ready.



Tips:Green garlic - contain more water and vitamins, could promote the appetite and stimulate the secretion of gastric juices.



Features:



1、Thiner the fatty pork chopped, the easier cooked, the thickness increased after fried.



2、When you buy the green garlic, you'd better choose the soft cartilage garlic furthermore the longer garlic white, more delicious it tasted.

Can you tell us what you mean by green garlic? Is it the thin green shoots that are use in thespring festival dumplings (zhou si... usual problem the dictionary doesnt have pinyin spellings!)
