Palace Gardens of one of The Emperors?

It is set just off the road that runs past the (Rear???) of The Forbidden City, and to the North about 1km. The entrance is opposite, and close to the entrance of the lake and Mosque complex, and adjacent to an area for dinning on a river or canal. The lake and gardens are beautiful, the Teahouse offers performances, and there are cultural delights - such as a ride in a traditional Chinese Carriage supported by men in Traditional costumes, and accompanied by a loud banging of musical items and drums.

Dear my friends, what is the name of the place?

The rear of the Forbidden City, about 1 km north.... Sounds like Beihai Park/北海公园. Don't know about a mosque in the area, but as the name suggests, the park is definitely built around a lake. There's an island in the middle with a large white dagoba on top. It is immediately west of Jingshan Park/景山公园. The rest of what you describe doesn't mean much to me, but based on those directions, that's my best guess. Hope it helps.
