I am traveling to Changchun in May to live and study with Monks for 40 day. Has anyone been there? Any advice?

Ellyse, Thank you so much for a reply. I am actually going to Siping south of Chancun. I choose that because there is a Martail arts academy with elder and young monks training. It is rural ( I think) and felt it would give me a more tradtional setting to learn culture. We train Monday -Friday with weekends free. Do you know that area?

I'm sure it's not the only place, and you could probably find somewhere more interesting and original.
