I suppose the Great Wall is not very good as only a few people know this section of Great Wall.
But I believe Qing Dongling tombs are worth a visit. The two spots are located in the same area?

I think the Huangyaguan Great Wall is really cool and it's actually one of the best parts of the wall. Not many tourists and some good mountains. There is a travel review on this website about it...look for The Norther Gateway of the Hidden Sanctuary in the Travel Review section. It will tell you some good information about the wall and also where to stay. From Beijing it only takes about an hour and a half to get to the Huangyaguan wall...you'll spend the same amount of time going to other sections of the wall around Beijing.

Have fun!
