In the past, we often say that men are afraid of marriage, because they want more freedom. To some extent, this shows those men's diffidence and irresponsibility.

However, I find nowdays things are reversed. Many girls are afraid of marriage. Maybe this is due to the fact that girls are more independent now.

Twice married, twice divorced, I always tell people to think carefully about marriage. Unless there are legal reasons or you are tied to a religious position, why marry? Why not just live together: it's far easier to wind it up if the need arises. You can be just as committed and im my counties, the law is just about the same either way.
