CHRISWAUGHBJ Points: Join Date: Feb 26, 2007 Status: offline	Have a look at these photos of Tibet in the 1940s, taken by an American expedition sent to explore the possibility of establishing an overland route through Tibet to resupply the KMT during the war against Japan (you may remember the Flying Tigers ran an aerial resupply line from India over the Himalaya to China).
