Hey everybody, I'm very new to yoga and was just wondering what it does exactly for my body besides making me more flexible? this website and http://www.yogafit.com/CTGY/yoga-teacher-training.shtml has some good explanations however i'd like to obtain some feedback from some of you dudes. I'm attempting to obtain that cut appearance and a trainer suggested yoga... wtf? does this really make you ripped?
