No, they are part of the possibility for peace. If a country is weak (like Iraq or Yugoslavia or some Latin-Americac countries ago) the are easy to be victims of the war. But if some country is strong as China - the aggressors are going to deal peaceful with them. So in this Semi-jungle World the best choice is to have developed army and nuclear weapons.

According to the theory now we are still not living in the Communism, so if we have to pay for our food, medicines, etc., of course we have to take care about money. And who told you that in the era of the Communism people will not work? No work - no communism.
