Accommodation in Guangzhou

I am going to the Canton Fair next month and my travel agency only offer the following options:

Li Yun Hotel - 223 Jichang Road, GuangZhou
Elan Hotel - No.32 Zhan Qian Heng Road, GuangZhou

Does anyone of you know these hotels? If so, which one would you recommend? Do you know the location of the Li Yun? Is it close to the city center? I couldn't find it!
