Hi there, can you recommend some programme that is helpful to improve my listening and spoken English on the radio or TV?　If it is in the evening that is better, since that time is quiet and I have more spare time.

I think it is convenient for you to listen to the programs of BBC or VOA from radio every night.

Thank you Meng, the two are just what I often listen to. But Most of what I heard are the news report, I just want to learn some other recreational programmes, such as the daily communications, interview of famous people, music, etc.
