Strangely, under the pressure the whole team attained another major failure, unexpectedly lost 1-4 to eventual opponent. Thus, Chinese women's football team was the 10th in this tournament with all-defeated results. Chinese women's football team has experienced a rare six consecutive failure!! So disappointed!

The answer is to enjoy sport for itself, enjoy each contest as a contest between two teams, not according to who wins.

If a team tries its best to fight in the match and finally loses. We can not just think they are losers. For them, they have tried.Sometimes, to bear the failure needs courage.

Victory has to be the overiding ambition of the competitor, and every team member. The pain and shame of defeat (when it comes) is theirs to bear, and lonely it always is.

It is the duty of audience, supporters, & countrymen, to find reasons for pride in their team's performance, whether they win or lose, and only to express criticism if they know that this can, and will, be used to re-fuel the competitor(s) ambition to win.

Through this 'contract' betweeen team and supporters are great performance forged.

Do not be too quick to dismiss the significance of defeat, or belittle the value of victory, for it is its sweetness (over defeat) that often provides the greatest motivation for extremes of effort.
