But another list of ten ancient world capital cities come out in the American Media. Those are Rome of Italia, Athens of Greece, Istanbul of Turkey, Babylon of Iraq, Cuzco of Peru, Tenochtitlan (present Mexico City) of Mexico, Thebes of Egypt, Great Zimbabwe of Africa, Changan (present xian) of China and Cahokia of America. They all used to be the largest and most beautiful cities in the world. However, with the time some are overshadowed while others are still shining brightly. Have you ever heard or known about them?
