| Hi, friends, Have you ever tasted 'Zongzi' ? It is a most traditional Chinese appetizer and festival food for Dragon Boat Day(May 5th). Legends has that Qu Yuan(394BC-278BC), a great literate in chinese history, killed himself by jumpting into Miluo River beacuse of his desperation towards the political career. To avoid his body be eaten by sharks, people made Zongzi and threw them into the river to feed sharks. |

| Anyway, this is a particular and very delicious food! The stuffings are usually beacurd paste, red jujube, glutinous rice and sometimes hams and pork. The stuffings are packaged by bamboo leaves in triangle forms, very attractive!! |
