In World War II, Germany developed the "Panther", "tiger I" and the "tiger II" tanks, but British tanks were still developing "the infantry tanks" and "cruiser tanks" such an old way. Nevertheless, during the war, Britain still manufactured a large number of tanks, ranking fourth in the world.

 Germany "Panther" medium tank "Panther" was designed to counter the T-34 medium tanks of Soviet Union, was the follow-tank of "PzKpfwIV (Panzerkampfwagon)". From January 1943 to April 1945, it was produced a total of 6,402. After numerous improvements, it had emerged D, A, G three models.

 D type was produced in January 1943, weight: 44.8tons, Members: 8, with 1 x 75 mm cannon and 1 x 7.92 mm machine gun. The artillery used steel armor-piercing ammunition and explosive charge warhead penetrators.

 On July 5,1943, "Panther" tank was on the stage of World War II in the first battle of Kursk. But 192 "Panther" tanks suffered serious losses in the minefield, only left 40 in good condition. Besides the Ostfront, this type of tank was also deployed in North Africa and Western Europe, till the end of the war.

Famous Germany "Tiger I" heavy tank

"Tiger I" was designed to counter the T-34/85 medium tanks of Soviet Union, was the follow-tank of "PzKpfwIV Panther". Its full name is "PzKpfwIV Tiger I". weight: 57tons, Members: 5, with 1 x 88-mm cannon as its main weapon, could launch 39-cap penetrators.

There were "Ferdinand" or "Elefant" to be the follow-tank of "Tiger I". "Tiger I" servered in Germany from 1942, till 1944, it had been produced for a total of 1355, which first wared in the summer of 1942 at the vicinity of Leningrad. "Tiger I" was deployed in Ostfront, North Africa and Western Europe, till the end of the war.

Germany "Tiger II" heavy tank

"Tiger II" was the combination of "Panther"'s maneuverability and "Tiger I"'s canon power, which was also called "Tiger King", weight: 69.8tons, Members: 5, armed 1 x 88 mm cannon as its main weapon, equipped with 43 penetrator and 43 anti-ballistic missile blast.
"Tiger II" was one of the most famous tank in World War II for its perfect firepower and strong body, made the enemies know the color of fear.

British "Churchill" infantry tank

"Churchill" infantry tank owned 18 types, which is mainly the "Churchill"-I~VIII. They have nearly 40 tons of weight, crew of five people.

Type I was armed with 1 x 40 mm cannon, equipped 1 x 76.2 mm howitzer in front of the door.

Compared with Type I, Type II used 7.92 mm machine gun to replace the 76.2 mm howitzer in front of the vehicle.

Type IV was armed with a U.S. M3-75 mm cannon, and improved armor protection.

"Churchill" infantry tank was in service in 1941, wared first in assaulting Diap. British "Chulrchill" infantry tank in World War II was the largest tank production, with the total production of 5640.

British "Cromwell" cruiser tank

"Cromwell" cruiser tank was produed in January 1943, owning 8 types. Early designed "Centaur" tank and later "Challenger", "Avenger" were all the follow tank of "Cromwell".

"comet" cruiser tank was the last cruiser tank of Britain, totally produed about 1200.
Weight: 33.22tons, members: 5
armed with 1 x 77 mm cannon, firing armor-piercing ammunition and grenades. Supporting weapons are parallel to 1 x 7.92 mm parallel machine gun and 1 x 7.92 mm front machine gun.

Early 1945, British "comet" cruiser tank started to equip 11st armored division. This kind of tanks took part in the final stages of World War II on German operations.
