In fact, this is not a traditional Jiaozi. It is called Chun Juan.

This banquet is certainly aesthetic, i think one cant help but documentrying the feast

The "zen", i would say, of Dafacheng's banquet is that the recipes are prepared according to the 24 solar terms of the year, for taste and health in different season of the year

=> here's "Four Happiness" vegetable dumplings (a northeastern specialty??)

This is a souped dumpling dish. The number of tiny dumplings one incidentally taken in a spoonful would tell the aupice of the day...
