I'm interested in learning how to pull noodles by hand, like I saw Beijing chefs do on TV. Where can I learn how to make Chinese food and do cool culinary tricks like that?

Yes Chinese people are expert on it.
Need practical training from them.

If you are in China now, you can go to a special school for training cooks. There are a large a number of this kind of school in Chinese large cities. Howvere, not all of them will recruit students who just want to stay there for a short-term. So, it is not the best chioce.

Do you have any Chinese friends (especially from northern China)? You can ask help from him since maybe his father or mother is good at pulling noddle by hand. You know, noddle is the most popular dinner for people living in nothern China.
