Is there any fishing ponds in Yantai? Or is offshore fishing common in YantaI? I'll be there for 3 years and I'm a hardcore fishing fanatic so just wonder if I'll get bored to death over there.

Fiishing in Yantai.

Just chat up any local you see dangling a line over the side nd you'll have no shortage of fishing buddies. No need to look for a pond ( a little dull, I think). I saw rock fishing, boardward fishing and there are so many boats, I'm sure before your three years are up you will have found a way to go deep sea fishing as well.


Regards a guide. Wait until you've arrived. Get a map and take a few walks. If you still feel you need a guide I'm sure some of your new friends (you will make some quickly) can show you around. Relax, it's a great place.
