THEY EVEN ARE NOT ABLE TO REPRESENT THE ORIGINAL, OR AT LEAST, A SIMILAR PHONETIC TO THE FOREIGN NAMES. Have a look, please:

Chinese phonetisation The original name English meaning

Mo Se Ke Maskva (Moscow)

Yue Nan Vyet nam (Viet-nam)

Ha Se Ke Si Tan Qazaqstan (Kazakhstan)

Gao Er Fu Golf (Golf)

Ma Ke Si Mu GAO ER JI Maksim Guorkiy (Maxim Gorky)...

I think it is enough.
