Why don't you apply for visas to China in Philippines? it is the best way for you all. China visa is valid for 3 months since the issue date. So, if you will not stay in Hk and Macao for that long, you can apply for China visas beforehand. Or, you just can re-arrange your trip as Mainland China-HK-Macao since philippine passport holders are exempted from HK and Macao visa for a certain period.

General processing time for China visa is 4 working days, you can check [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm]China visa requirements for Filipino[/tcgurl]for details.

If your Filipino friend still have time to apply for [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm]Chinese Visa[/tcgurl] in the Philippines, she had better apply for it in Philippines. She can try to apply for visa in Macau, however, it is hard to say she can get it. She can go to the Office of Commissioner of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in Macau SAR, its detailed information is:

Offices hours:
1. MON-FRI 9:00-12:00 a.m. 2:30-5:00 p.m.
2. 2:30-5:00 p.m., FRIDAY is open only for Pick-up.
3. Application for Chinese passports are accepted 9:00-12:00 a.m., MON-FRI.
4. Office is closed on Sat, Sun & Macau Public Holidays.

According to the visa rule, you can't get [tcgurl=http://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/macau.htm]Macau Visa[/tcgurl] in Guangzhou, you have to apply for Macau visa in advance. There are two options for you to choose, first, go back to Nepal to apply for Macau visa from China embassy in Nepal, second, take your Chinese Residence Permit to go to Macau and try to apply for visa on arrival.

GUEST72121 I'm on my second entry of a Chinese tourist visa here in Guangzhou. I'm going to the Phillipines on the 4th feb flying from Macau. I need to get a new visa so I can get back into Guangzhou on the 11th Feb.

Can anyone tell me where to go in Macau to get an appropriate visa? I'm a UK passport holder. Could I get one while in the Phillipines?

Also, are visas from Macau less expensive than the visas from Hong Kong and are they offering longer stays than 30 days double entry, which has been in place since the Asian Games was on? and how many days will it take to process?

Any advice offered will be greatly appreciated as I'm finding it very difficult to get the info I want online.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply!

Do you know if they are offering multiple entry visas at the moment, and if you can get them for longer than 30 days? Also what how much would they cost if available?

Thanks a lot.

The processing time for all types of China visa is 3 working days. In case of urgency, teh Commissioner's Office in Macau charge extra MOP 150 for picking up on the 2nd working day, or extra MOP 250 for picking up within 24 hours.

It is possible for you to get a multiple entry L visa because you have previous two entries into Guangzhou, Mainland China, but the final decision is up to visa official, Good Luck!

The fee of Multi-entry for half a year is MOP910, The fee of Multi-entry for a year is MOP1370.
