are there flights from liuyang to xian. What is the most efficient transportation and how long is the trip?

Hi,
Do you mean the Liuyang City in Hunan Province? I don't think there is a airport! But you can take a flight to Changsha first, and then take a bus to Liuyang.

You can take a bus from Liuyang Bus Station to Changsha East Bus station, about 60 kilometers drive and costs you about 20-30 yuan.

Then take No.114 city bus from the East Bus Station to Huanghua Airport, where you can take a flight to Xi'an directly! There are regular flights from 8:40 to 19:30 everyday. It takes about two hours!

Really do not know if your spelling of the city's name is right. If it is Liuyang (浏阳) in Hunan Province (湖南), Since there is no airport in Liuyang at present, you have to take a long-distance bus firstly to Changsha (the provincial city of Hunan Province), then take flight to Xian.

If it is Luoyang (洛阳) in Henan Province (河南), still you can not take flight direct to Xian. Only train is available between the two cities.
