Changing RMB in Burma

Hi!
I plan on going to Burma in a few weeks and I want to know how easy it is to Change RMB to the local currency
any help would be great

I believe the local Bank of China will deal with this.

You can change RMB in hotels, travel agencies. In fact, RMB is quite popular in Burma. The news in 2002 said that Burma allowed Chinese tourists use RMB when traveling. Each Chinese tourist can take along 6000 CNY to enter Burma without the declaring to the custom!

But u are not Chinese. So maybe the situation change. I don't know...
