What I would be really interested in knowing is what are travel sites to do feel the Best of the Best, that is, ones that you always use and rely on when planning travel. You can list them so that I may add up to my collections.

Travelocity and expedia are good..
For china TCG is the best for any source of travel related stuff ..

Since I'm Chinese, I also use some Chinese website. Such as www.youabc.com, www.tianya.cn, etc.

I like http://destinia.com ,its Spain based, but supports some languages. It's got good links as travel guides, and the hotel search engine is very good too, plus sometimes there are good offers.

TCG provides great feedback. Expedia/Travelociy are good for scheduled transportation. www.tripadvisor.com is a good site for testimonials regarding specific hotels.
