Tips for beginners:

click on the pic to enlarge it, then it would be easier to see.
Keep staring at two fixed points with a distance of 1-2 centimeters on the pic, for several minutes;

OR you can draw the pic very very near to you eyes ( so near that it is not a normal way to see picc LOL), staring for minuts and then move it far from your eyes slowly. Then, Surprise!!
