i think i need change my life stytle soon.surf on line over 5hours everyday,get cervical vertebra diease,no date,no outdoor sport.oh!god!!!although i'm 26 old i feel i like spinste.anybody give me some advice.thx!!!

YES! Less surfing the net, more getting out and meeting people! Of course you can meet people on the net and then meet them as friends, that's useful. And if you don't want to spend so much time on the NET, don't get involved in on-line relationships. Maybe you should add your city or province to your profile so that people from the same area know you are nearby.

But I hope you can find a little time to chat with us in here sometimes :)

Play cards, basketball, tennis, soccer

There are so many activiities that you can engage in with or without partners or teams but it is always nice to share your time with others.
